Our supplemental wellness benefits program combines a Self-Insured Medical Reimbursement Plan (SIMRP), a Section 125 Cafeteria Plan, and a Wellness Plan into one integrated solution. It works alongside your existing health insurance coverage — it does not replace it.
Employers typically save an average of $640 per W-2 employee annually in payroll taxes, with savings realized incrementally each pay period throughout the year. In addition, employers often reduce healthcare-related costs over time through claims redirection strategies that average 15–30%.
Employees keep their existing salary and core benefits while gaining access to additional wellness benefits. On average, participating employees see approximately $1,200 per year in increased take-home pay, along with benefits such as virtual doctor access, prescription savings, mental health support, and a comprehensive fitness platform.
Very little. Participation is voluntary, and employees may opt out at any time. Employees who participate are simply required to complete one qualifying wellness activity per year. Eligible activities are reviewed during the discovery call.
The program is designed for businesses of all sizes — from small businesses with 10 employees to organizations with more than 10,000 employees. The minimum requirement is 10 W-2 employees, and there is no maximum company size.
Employers who enrol in the program typically begin seeing savings as early as the following payroll cycle.
Implementation typically requires approximately 3–5 total hours for setup. Once active, the program is administered through your existing payroll provider with minimal ongoing involvement.
